   Average Tesco, store well stocked and big selection of most things you need. Store looks very tired and in need of a revamp. Toilets badly located and the cubicles very dirty.

   Massive.. biggest Tesco I’ve seen for a while. If I checked every isle and shelf, it would take me an entire hour to do the food shop here. Free 2 hour parking for customers.

   I recently visited the Tesco Superstore in Greenford (Hoover Building) and was impressed by the wide range of fruit and vegetables on offer. Everything was nicely presented, fresh, and well stocked, which made shopping for produce quick and easy. The frozen section is also quite large with plenty of choice, and the spacious layout of the store means you don’t feel crowded while browsing. Parking is straightforward with lots of spaces available, which makes it convenient for bigger shopping trips. That said, while the store is practical and in a good location, there isn’t much that stands out about it. The building itself could definitely do with a facelift, as parts of it feel a bit dated compared to newer Tesco branches. Overall, it’s a reliable and convenient place to shop, but not somewhere that leaves a lasting impression beyond the essentials.

1. Undercover Reviewer (Someone) ★☆☆☆☆

   Have been ordering with Tesco for years now. Have lived in multiple addresses. Same contact number used throughout the years. Unfortunately, the driver did not deliver to our address stating “customer was not in and didn’t answer contact number.” Please investigate this driver and provide appropriate training. I would complain directly to the correct department but cannot find any contact for the fulfilment team.

   This shop is very good! It is big and you can find a lot of things that you need! There are car parking, my experience every time I went there I got space! It is a good place to go shopping.

   This Tesco is not up to standards, if you go in a different area you can see the difference. The staff are old and grammpy and they behave like they make you a favour of service you. The lady at the costumer service is always grammpy . Since the new building the parking is small and the road is always with holes on it. Really disappointed with this Tesco.

   The Tesco is in a great location, it's also really big so you have a great variety of products to pick from, you can always find what you're looking for. The staff is very helpful. Plenty of parking spots so you never need to worry. Walking distance from the station. There is also a toilet and cafeteria on the premises.

   Been avoid this store was overcharged last week went in early this morning had to wait till 8am for the lady on customer services to come that overcharged me. Very incompenant . She does not know what she is doing . Store manager was very rude in her manner towards me very patronising . No refund . Security guard was called to get me out of store by her . I called the police . And have now escalated it higher .as it was embarressing. Customers staring . As if i was in the wrong Head office have dealt with it also i will be contacting the area manager and consumer direct as this cannot happen to any one else . As i am still traumatised by this experience

   It's a great tesco but be mindful of parking limitations. There is a lovely Costa on site and my family had taken to spending some time there before shopping, as a way for me and my wife to get out of the house and have breakfast with our newborn. Unfortunately, we ended up spending more than two hours in the car park a couple of times and now the £100 fines are rolling in, so we will no longer be able to shop here. I realise that this limitation was signposted and I have no recourse to contest, but it seems extremely counter- intuitive and anti- consumer to keep such rules in place here, hurrying customers who may not be in a good position to rush.
