On Saturday 27.09.25 evening I went to this Tesco store to use the Evri service to return a parcel; I had earlier been to the Coombe Road Evri store, but at the Coombe Road store they had told me Evri drivers would not take any parcels over 60cm in length, mine was 90cm. However, there was no such problem at the Triangle Tescos, and the female assistant there was extremely helpful. Even though their printer was out of order, she worked out a way to accept my parcel for collection by the Evri drivers. Many thanks to the assistant there.

On the morning of July 12, 2024, I purchased some items from the Tesco Express at Triagal. I had my coupons saved on my mobile phone. After completing my purchases, I went to the cash counter to pay for my items. I showed my coupons to the staff and told him that I needed to claim them, offering to pay the remaining balance. The staff member rudely informed me that I could not claim the voucher there, stating that it was only valid at Esso stores. I asked where this was mentioned, as just two days earlier, I had successfully claimed a voucher at another Tesco Express located at New Malden Station. I explained this to him, but he continued to be agitated and unhelpful. During this time, it started to rain heavily, so I took my purchases home. Within five minutes, I returned to the Tesco Express at Triangle and bought additional items. At the self-service counter, I scanned everything and manually entered my voucher. To my surprise, it worked, and I was able to claim it successfully at the same store. I called the staff member over to show him that I had claimed the voucher after all, but he continued to argue with me. I donβt understand why Tesco employs people like him. There are plenty of qualified individuals available who understand product knowledge, customer service, and communication skills. I urge you to provide better training for such staff members. My concern is that during this heavy rain and wind warning across the UK, elderly or disabled customers may face similar difficulties if they encounter this kind of treatment. Please take responsibility for this situation, and I would appreciate feedback as soon as possible.

I had some vouchers given to me for a free pepsi max. The worker at the till did not let me use it. I was very disappointed as it clearly stated that you can claim this at Tesco stores. Another time, the same worker was unable to scan my evri parcel. I went to the shop next door instead to drop off my parcel.

Tesco's is not taking Covid seriously. When I came to shop this evening, there was a group of young women standing having a chat taking up most of the vegetable area - so much for 2m distance. There were also 2 men shopping without masks on. So given there is a Sainsbury's local within walking distance, and numerous small stores, don't bother with Tesco's.

Place is great with great deals and stock. A heads up which is new about the place you will need to show ID that you're 16 and allowed a "Energy Drink" This did happen to me un-noticed when I told them my age, but I needed ID to prove it. I hold nothing against the place, great for lunch and dinner, small place, but it feels as if it has everything for it, just disappointed with the change.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated by the store manager- name was either Jade/Jane/Jay. She was an incredibly rude and unhelpful woman. When a vulgar, neurotic woman barged into the store and began to verbally abuse me and my friend, instead of dealing with the situation appropriately as a staff member, she sided with this woman for no apparent reason- I do believe this was due to her being prejudiced against myself and my friends as we are muslim women. Since I live in a polite and welcoming community this was especially surprising. More disturbing is the fact that we tried to sort this out with her afterwards in a cordial manner and instead of acknowledging our concerns she portrayed an uncaring attitude and asked us to "go formally complain then and go to another Tesco's". This woman must be fired ASAP.
