   Good clean shop, better to shop in the morning Thanks later on in the day. Shelves are all full at that time , with their prices, stock seems to run out by 5pm. Quiet a few empty shelves at that time of day. Good range of items for Christmas, specially the cookies and chocolates.

   I went to Aldi this morning with my daughter. I suffer from arthritis and was in terrible pain by the time I reached the checkout. The girl on the till saw by my face something was wrong and asked if I was ok. When I told her, she gave me a chair and assisted my daughter in packing my shopping. Thank you so much Renata. You went above your duties today and I am very grateful.

   The only reason I used this branch was because the Colindale store had to undergo refurbishment. The staff at this store do not compare with Colindale. The Borehamwood store have surly, unfriendly and incompetent staff who would rather tell you something is out of stock rather than helping you find it! The Colindale branch, with friendly, helpful staff, has now reopened. I hope it stays that way rather than have to use the Borehamwood branch again. The regional management need to explain why there is such a vast difference between these stores, and fix it!

   Went to Borehamwood Aldi for a click and collect order. Once i did as instructed. I waited over half an hour before going into the store to let them know I was outside still waiting. About 10-15 minutes later a very apologetic manager bought my order out with a bottle of wine as an apology, which was a nice touch. Just sadly disappointed by my experience

   Only done a light trip today and was surprised at how easy it was to navigate around the shop. I do like this store as wide aisles and know where everything is. Nicely stocked up and everything I had on my list. The only negative is no seats to rest on and being disabled a good rest after walking around the shop would be nice. Shame all Aldi's aren't like the St Albans branch, WC & seats!
