    Never open on time, in the morning.Mostly 7.05am. This morning, I gave up, it was about 7.15am.

    Not sure what to say but you well sorry me. I select items then someone comes along and pushes me out the way. When you try to complain the staff tell you O they from the charity they can rake what they want. Sorry maybe it’s me but why??

    Tall black man running around the store shouting at staff gave me anxiety. He ran into me with a huge metal cage no excuse me no do you need anything just MIND THE CAGE. Then stood in the middle of the alley (without the cage) chatting with another staff member - SHOCKED when I said excuse me cause I wanted to walk past. whoever he is he needs customer service training bad he was giving aggressive and Tesco why are your employees either tired as hell or nervous like front line?!

    Absolutely no space, rude staff talking on phones, no one working tills, etc. Good luck getting a wheelchair around here... Especially if they decide to do a delivery middle of the day and block all the aisles.

    A small Tesco Express with great service. Open when many other supermarkets are closed.

    Today the shop closed at 10pm for some reason (as far as I’m aware the shop closes 12am 7 days a week), the security guard allows us in the store then 2 minutes later tells us it’s closed, we were rushed around the store by staff and security guard instead of helping us when they could see and hear we couldn’t find something. I work in food retail myself and I wouldn’t give such poor customer service to anyone.
