   Great Costcutter store! Always well-stocked, clean, and easy to navigate. The staff are friendly, helpful, and make every visit pleasant. Prices are reasonable, and the selection is surprisingly good for a convenience shop. Highly recommended!

   Friendly staff and clean, not the staff, the store. Has freshly baked pastries and baguettes, always a winner, as well as a Costa Coffee machine. Also has a great booze selection, chocolate, vapes and a lot of other stuff for a good night in. Not cheap so why it's called Costcutter I've no idea.

   I have never had a issue with the employees until this morning. They have always been polite and courteous. I made a mistake with the costa machine and was very sternly told off for it. I asked if I could make another cup and was told yes (very unwillingly - its either a yes or a no) the tone of the person speaking to me was unlike anything I have ever heard from someone working in customer service. I then told her I had already paid - she didn’t believe me (fair enough ) but was then shouting over to the lady at the till in front of all the customers asking if i paid. The lady at the till then shook her head (!) I was completely embarassed. She then found the ticket I had paid for. I told them I was never coming back. I then cried in my car after all of this (I had a bereavement at the weekend and this tipped me over the edge). This person I spoke to needs a lesson in customer service.

   Most of the staff are very unfriendly and clearly don't enjoy their jobs. I have going on there daily for the last 5 years and seriously considering changing shops. You greet the staff and they just ignore you and don't smile.

   Some staff are really helpful and polite but others rude and inefficient Staff need to be aware of the law on refunds that state they must be made in the same way as original payment was unless you expressly agree to a different refund method. I was told after being given the wrong item by a member of staff and returning for a refund that they only give them in cash. More training needed on legalities.
