    I had trouble with the automated checkout, I used a voucher and the checkout insisted on the cashier to unlock it before I could continue. There was only one cashier and she was serving a line of people. Sainsbury's should design their automated checkout software better, or employ more staff.

    Have been shopping at this local branch for a while now and all the staff always seem to be very friendly and happy, a bit of a rarity these days and especially Wes who always seems to be unperturbed no matter what is going on. Happy Christmas and a joyful new year to all the wonderful staff there. Lance local resident.

    This 60 year old looking lady always stares at me in the mornings and gives me a dirty look. Disgusted. Don’t know what I’m supposedly doing to deserve this. She decides to smile at everyone but when it comes to me she just gives me a disgusting look. She stares at me as if I’m going to steal some strawberries or some plain baguette. Bloody rude. Absolutely bloody rude. Makes me have flashbacks to when USA dropped the atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nagasaki. Never again, please. Would much rather shop at the Sainsburys in North Cheam or Sutton at this rate. Appalling. Don’t shop here unless you would like to feel unwelcome in your own area my fellow companions. Just shop at Lids or Asda instead (got cheaper deals than this silly place anyway). Shambolic just stop it woman! REQUEST: STOP GIVING ME DIRTY LOOKS PLEASE.
