Love the shop. Went to pick up all my goods for Christmas. The staff were friendly. They went through the whole list, making sure I had everything. If you are looking for typical czech stuff, this is your place :)
Love to shop here for any Slovak and Czech goods that you can't get elsewhere! Ordered online too with a scheduled pick-up at the store, all went well. Will definitely keep coming back for more!
Shop was closed when it should have been open. Driven 50 miles round trip to get here. Not impressed.
I was very pleasantly surprised as I ordered the delivery for first time and also very shortly before Christmas and it arrived in three days, so thank you very much! Parcel was delivered by DHL and everything was in great condition, no damage of anything!
If I could give this rating minus 5 stars, I would. Setting the scene, a substantial amount of goods are ordered prior to going away for business. Communicated to others at the delivery address that I’m awaiting email confirmation of the delivery being shipped , and or delivered. (No such email ever came) Only for the parcel to be delivered without any issues information, label of who it’s from, that perishable goods are inside, etc. so without the information to share that the goods have been sent, without any other insight that the delivery is an item that needs to be opened, stored, contains perishable goods etc… it’s sat at property until I return from business. Upon calling to understand why I didn’t get an email of delivery, nor any attempt to highlight the nature of contents…. I have just been shouted at down the phone by staff. Told they did previously put labels on, had no response as to why the email of products being sent was not, and then when I conveyed how in such a situation, the customer has no way of understanding if it’s delivered.. or anyone to understand if it’s something that can simply sit and wait or needs immediate attention…they hung up the phone. I believe in people making their own opinions, so hope you have a better experience than me if you decide to use the services. Won’t be using again as the customer service has been horrendous as best.

Ordered frozen and fridge products. Parcel was delivered in 2 days! It's not what you're expecting when you're charge for delivery 12£!!!! No ice inside to keep the right temperature for fridge/frozen products, just paper (newspaper). First and last order.
My first order with Halusky and I'm very happy thank you so much. Everything have good lasting dates on , jars very well packed and protected, packing just perfect size and prices are good too . Will be definitely ordering again and I will definitely enjoy all my treats.
Expensive shipping and undelivered on two dates then sent address not found. After calling the carrier, we say we can come to the depot to pick up the purchase. Tomorrow is the third attempt. The address was fine. If it is not delivered tomorrow, we no longer want the goods and demand a refund. We planned to shop regularly, we run a Czech bistro, but after this experience it was our last purchase. For £ 29 shipping, it's a bad service .We was wanting two days in the Shop at the Delivery Time. Nobody came there. For sure we sticket phone number outside for driver. Again no one contact us. Tomorrow we go to holiday. Last thirt chance until 6pm.Give me ring before.
