   Rude employee!! Very rude member or staff who served me, blonde lady with these big mole things on her face.. said her name was Alina (not sure if spelt like that) she told her colleague behind her was closing the til after she had served me as she needed the toilet. As I was preparing my payment I said sorry 1 minute and she then made a noise and I said pardon and she told me to hurry up as she needed the toilet. I was shocked. I then asked her what her name was and she said Alina as she actually pushed my trolly out her way and walked straight past me. I said to her you’re very rude and she continued to walk off. She was also very short with an elderly couple in front of me. This was around 16.12 on the 20th of December if you would like to check the cameras to see her pushing my trolly out the way and prraticcallly walking off before I’ve even paid!!!! Disgusting.

   I really like the Lidl in Borehamwood. The store is massive, so there’s always a great selection of products and it never feels too crowded. One of the best things is the parking — there are always plenty of spaces, which makes shopping there super convenient. Overall, it’s a well-organised store with good prices and an easy, stress-free experience every time.

   Deliveries are being made in the middle of the night. The constant banging of metal cages, slamming of doors, and loud handling of goods goes on for long periods and makes it very hard to sleep. This happens regularly and is extremely disruptive in a residential area. Lidl should reconsider their delivery hours or adopt quieter unloading methods. Residents need rest too.

   Excellent new store, lots of parking, spacious and well laid out with the usual range of Lidl goods. Also has halal meat available in the chilled cabinet so handy in that respect. Prices as ever very reasonable. Good new addition and somewhat easier to access compared to the one in the nearby retail park (although that benefits from all the other stores).

   Lovely shop nearer my house is a godsend. Very neat well lit and nice staff. When you shop there try and be nice and drop 1/3 items in the community basket..some people need your help to feed!!?
