   Pros: Good amount of parking, good selection, very efficient layout, bag and battery recycling facilities Cons: Basically all automated checkouts - sad to see them get rid of so many staff, they now play music which is annoying - used to be a nice experience shopping in silence, 1.5 hour car park limit - the store is big and it's hard to adhere to this. They should introduce validating receipts or something instead. Sushi quantity at the counter massively reduced. Not worth the £7 they are charging for them now!

   My thanks to the very helpful 2 members of staff in the Beer, Wines and Spirits aisle this morning for being so helpful and pleasant helping me find my choice of Pinot Noir and the ginger wine even though they were working so hard to stock the shelves.

   Imagine that a company worth over 7billion wouldn’t let me borrow a trolley coin to do my Christmas shopping. I was prepared to spend over £250 for Christmas. The attitude received by 3 members off staff was shocking. Simon Robert’s, you need to investigate your Sutton store. It’s clear members of staff require customer service training. AVOID THIS STORE

   I’m extremely concerned that Sainsbury’s continues to allow razor blades to be purchased by any age through their self-service checkouts, despite their own website stating that you must be 18 or over to buy them. My 16-year-old daughter was able to buy a razor at the Sutton (Surrey) store and then used it to self-harm. Sainsbury’s has taken no responsibility, and the issue is still happening — these items can still be bought by under-18s without any age check. Parents should be aware that if their child struggles with self-harm, they can easily obtain these razors from Sainsbury’s, even though the company claims they are age-restricted. This needs urgent attention to protect vulnerable young people.

   I have never been here before nor do I have any interest but I know one thing and that’s that Josh Heydarov is a stand up chap. He is the type of person you would love your daughter to marry he has never once wronged me and his immense kindness has touched me in more ways than one.

   One of the best sainsburys in the area. A huge selection of groceries. You will get super fresh fruits and vegetables. Its having a good parking space for its customers. The quality of the products are amazing. You have to visit this supermarket once at least to get a different experience

   They’ve changed parking conditions. 10 minutes outside store opening hours.if you park at 9:19 on Sunday (store opens at 9:30) you’d get £100 fine!!! Won’t be shopping here again!

   I was your Sutton store today at approximately 11:15 (31/12/22) doing my New Year’s Eve shop, I was down the drinks aisle when one of your security guards approached me (wearing a black knitted beanie, approx 5’5 with a beard, wearing a yellow hi vis jacket which had security written on it, approx 30 years old) and asked me if I had dropped my wallet. Low and behold, I looked down to see my purse on the floor. If your security team hadn’t been patrolling the store at the time, I would’ve lost my Louis Vuitton purse along with all of my cards and contents. I would like to thank your security team for being so observant, prompt and thorough. He is an absolute credit to your team for being so genuine.

   First visit to this Sainsbury's to take advantage of the double up points offer for Christmas presents. Really nice store, lovely feel, good choice of clothes, home wares and some electronics. Staff really friendly and helpful too. Would be better if they extended the 2 hrs parking to 3 though.
