   I visited store other day helped by Rebecca who was amazing friendly extremely helpful i needed something couldn't find it and she went out of her way to find for me, I was also helped by Rob again unbelievable it was busy in store and he was helping everybody carried everything to till, I was buying a display product as out out of stock he dismantled all and helped me. Thank u so much.

   Spent over £200 in store last week to receive a £100 fine for being 10 minutes over 2 hours of permitted parking - in an empty car park; as it was evening. Avoid this store unless you have alarm set.

   Pets is a shambles, store in the main is lovely. Home decor and Textiles is well put together. Pets had dog food covered behind pallets and majority of stock on the floor.

   Twice I’ve tried to buy Christmas items that have been on the shelf displayed (with no price) only to be told that there are none in stock even though it said online for click and collect that there were many in stock for this store. I decided to order the larger item online for delivery instead and the smaller item online for click and collect as thought maybe it was just because they were busy putting new Christmas stock out and that eventually they’d catch up. BOTH ONLINE ORDERS WERE THEN CANCELLED 5 DAYS LATER! I got an email saying they wasn’t in stock and refund would be offered. Drove to the Prescot branch and they had both items available in the store. So, finally got them but the St Helens branch is a joke for customer service.

   every halloween i go shopping at the range with my friend, only to find out you have to now be 18 to enter. me personally, i think this rule is quite pathetic, what else is there to do in town centre? where else is there to shop for halloween accessories? not only that, the worker was passive aggressive and i didn’t appreciate it. change your ways. i used to adore the range.

   A very good selection of almost anything and everything needed to decorate and kit out a home. A decent selection of DIY products, and an equally good pets accessories department. Just be aware of the car park - if you decide to wander off in town after shopping at The Range, there's a good chance you'll get a parking charge.

   This place has it all for making your home better and a in store iceland for your food needs. 2 hours free parking ground floor so easy access for wheelchairs.

   Honestly the shop was a mess when we went. Entire sections were walled off with pallets and boxes and items left on the floor. Was better in the past. The Iceland was a nice surprise tho, got some good deals.

   Tried to shop here for various items - a large dish drainer; a butter dish; decent Christmas decorations. Never found anything suitable. It's a good shop for 'popular' items and household items which are currently 'on trend' but anything basic is difficult to find. The staff are not able to order anything that isn't on the supplier list. The customer service lacks the personal touch.

   I like the stock available to buy here & the choice is excellent! Pricing can vary but there is always something for everyone here. Unfortunately, I lost £5 refund as the card was out of date & there were no refund cards in stock at all for the staff to transfer the £5 over for me. I have also chosen items with price tag on then got to the till only to find it is a lot more expensive AND the managerial staff have had absolutely no intention to discount for the inconvenience. Most other big stores are happy to give further discounts but here I get the impression they would rather eat glass than knock something off the price for you.
