   Great store with excellent service! The staff is very friendly and always helpful. The butcher section is very clean and offers fresh, high-quality meat. The fruits and vegetables are always fresh, and they also bake fresh bread, which is a big plus. The overall environment is clean, welcoming, and has a friendly atmosphere. Highly recommended!

   Absolutely terrible customer service. I bought some meat from this shop and, once home, discovered that the beef shin was mostly bone (around 70%) and barely cut, with the small amount of meat looking old. I returned straight away to ask for a replacement, but the butcher rudely refused and claimed to be the manager when I asked to speak to one. They’ve lost a customer for good. Thank you for wasting my time and money.

   Let me start by saying if I could give this shop no stars I would and I’d be justified to do so. We purchased some fruit from this retailer and shop actually they were strawberries as suppose we could tell when we bought the strawberries they looked okay on the day But only a day and a half later they mould it and turned rancid disgustingly unable and we were very disappointed to see that so quickly so we decided to have a chat with the storekeeper and return them hopefully for an exchange in our kindly manner we was categorically told this is what happens to strawberries after 1 1/2 days after you purchase them and there is no prospect of us exchanging these or returning you any Refunds or anything leave the shop we felt very intimidated by their reaction to returning the strawberries hoping that they would see that the state of the strawberries was disgusting and uneditable after just a short while we had our Seat but we was point blankly told there is no chance of any kind of exchange very disappointing so all I can say is stay clear of this shop because the fruit they sell is rotten

   The absolute best place to buy any fresh produce! The vegetable selection is superb, with everything being fresh and often there being many items you can’t buy anywhere else - it’s a real treat stocking up the fridge knowing that our vegetables will last x3 longer than the rubbish sold in supermarkets! Their meat is exceptional too, we’ve had lamb chops, corn-fed chicken, lamb shanks and most recently the star of the show was the tomahawk steaks! I was looking to purchase one tomahawk steak for New Year’s Eve and they were such good value compared to any other butchers, we ended up buying two! The quality of the meat was the best I’ve had the chance to cook with and my friends couldn’t have been more impressed! As always, brilliant customer service and great prices!

   Just discovered this place and will be making a regular visit to buy all of my weekend shopping. Incredible produce, superb bakery section and olive counter. Every type of dip, cheese, pickle, pasta, grains, meat, fresh fruit and veg. Far better than any of the chain supermarkets and so reasonably priced. If you live anywhere near Cheam I would recommend shopping here.
