They need to sort it out, totally unreliable! Sometime they are open till midnight sometimes they are closed at 23:00. Also all thier pumps are quite often pay at pump only.
Always close early. Its 11.50 pm and they are closed. Not like just closing either they have the shutters down the bolts in place.
I never seen the rude staff in the tesco store like this store I was there and staff she was even not saying anything and I was speaking to her I told her do you service customers like that she said yes I never come back to there I was going to shopping there every day no any more
Went there to get some bits 20minutes before they close and the place was already shut up. I’d understand if they closed earlier, but they advertised as being open till midnight!!
Not open till 12 as advertised. Shutters down at 23:30 with all the lights on inside and staff walking in the aisles so it’s just laziness and incompetency that they decide to close early.
This store is closed at 21.12 despite being advertised as open till midnight online and at the store. Was not the only person who came to use the store. Staff saw us waiting and then ignored when asked about opening times and pretended to not understand. Very bizarre and rude behavior.

The forecourt was covered in spilt diesel...I told the guy behind the counter and he just shrugged his shoulders....not good customer service....won't be going back there!!!!
When my Dad went in, the guys were talking in a foreign launguage and he asked to pay for fuel first then his items but the guy didn't listen. He then scanned his clubcard and the guy said "To late". Then my dad asked for a receipt and then he finally got the points. Make sure you pay for fuel first.
I took fuel and a pack of cigarettes i paid but the payment void for some reason the guys on the till just snatched the cigarettes from my hand rudely as if i will runaway with it but i was standing there.it was pretty disrespectful I showed him payment is done from my bank he said nothing and left to serve other people.No one deserves to be treated like this and from a big company like Tesco this type of behaviour towards customer is pretty disappointing.
