the security treated me as a shoplifter, since I was in deep thoughts while getting a iced coffee. I was about to leave the shop, the security just grabbed me and acted ver rude. I told him I was just in deep thoughts and forgot it, but he didn’t understand. just low quality treatment. I will talk to the management
Don't pop in here to often but when I do it's often feels extremely crowded due to stocking carts being left everywhere and most of the time I don't see any staff around anywhere..... product wise it's got a fairly good selection of goods and very decent prices!!! It's worth popping in to for a quick pick up but there or many other Better options nearby.
With a current score of 3* I'm shocked. Some staff simply grunt (if you're lucky). They get annoyed if you ask for service at a till rather than using self service "as you're supposed to". It's always so messy and hard to navigate the aisles due to cages and boxes etc - I understand you have to restock but must it be during their busiest periods and can't they be trained to be more mindful of where they leave things? Just such an unpleasant experience. I try and avoid at all costs.
Stock all over the floors daily. Cages with stock blocking isles dailey. Rubbish on the floor dailey. Blocked exits. Day time staff especially Stanley are fantastic. Sheikh man very rude or comes across that way. The way I've seen him talk to customers and security staff
Decent little tesco, convenient for surrounding locals.
Very poor assistance in the counter. Living near by and is the closest store where i can top up my gas card and most of the times they seem too bored to bother. Keep claiming that the machine doesn’t work but every time that the manager is there the machine is working properly. Either a proper training should be given or the machine needs to be changed so we don’t have to travel for a simple top up. Thank you.

I am writing as a very unhappy customer of your 335 Fulham Palace Road branch, I have never been so humiliated and taunted in my life by a member of staff of a shop I am spending my hard earned money in. Yesterday, I went to this Tesco with my son and his friend on our way back home, (it's our local shop), firstly I could hardly get into the shop as staff of the shop were pushing there way out, to see something (a car, I think) outside. I put my push scooter to one side while I bent down to get some baked potatoes on the bottom shelf, when I turned around my scooter was gone. I asked where it was and this guy said in a rude/ arrogant way, we moved it, as it should not be there, why did they not tell me directly? He then said I shouldn't bring scooters into the shop, I should leave them outside, I said it would get stolen if I did that. I don't know why he had to be so rude. I continued shopping, quickly as I wanted to get the kids back home for late dinner, then he came up to me and taunted me saying he had put my scooter outside. So I left the shop with the kids leaving my shopping behind. He did not act like a member of staff but more as a bully on the street, trying to impress another male mate (another member of staff). After leaving he came out and said bye bye in a stochastic way. I can not believe it. I am not sure the guy is racists, sexist or classist but he could not have been more rude. The kids and I had had such a lovely day and he ruined it, my friends kid said and I agreed.
