   Terrible! A woman stole two bottles of wine and put them in her backpack, and the manager was more concerned about a delivery driver who was just waiting for his order, which wasn't ready, and saying he couldn't wear a helmet. First of all, if the order had been ready, he would have left quickly. Secondly, focus more on your work by observing the customers; don't just be there out of obligation, standing in a corner waiting. It will definitely go bankrupt eventually, lol. Good luck!

   Don't bother returning a parcel here - despite being listed as an Evri parcelshop, I was rudely informed that the printer was broken. Looking at previous reviews it looks like it's been this way for a long time with no efforts to resolve!

   Travelled some distance to come to this specific shop to pick up an Evri parcel, made sure to arrive well before closing in case it took time to sort the parcel, yet a full 41 minutes before close they’ve already shut citing a vague “maintenance issue”. Security rudely gestures from behind the glass to shoo me away. Given the other reviews citing them not bothering to open on time/closing early as a chronic issue, I’m doubtful of this supposed maintenance issue (from what I could see in the shop everything looked totally normal, staff just packing up).

   Not the most well maintained Tesco I have ever been to but it's certainly not the worst either, it's got a pretty decent collection of items to shop for and there is always plenty of staff present, will definitely come back.

   I had a non identafiable security guard run at me and screaming "you not pay for bag!!" Alarming me thinking i was going to be ATTACKED BY HIM!! !, i asked for his sia id, as he was clearly not wearing it whilst at work (A legal requirement of the sia) , And no, did not identify himself AT ALL, a mickey mouse security with no sia training, as i will clarify here" i am a trained sia door supervisor", and knowing how to deal with situations, obviously from a trained perspective, "this security guard" has NO previous training AT ALL!!, I had shopped here scince it opened about 4/5yr ago, NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

   The shop is great, but I went to print a label (as it is indicated on vinted /evri that this shop do this service) and the very nice employee told me they don't do it anymore. Could you please update this on Evri? Thanks

   I ordered something on vinted and selected this store as a collection point. I got an email saying it arrived at the store. went to pick it up and the employees there looked at their system said its not there. they refused to even check in the back when it clearly says it has been delivered. called the tesco express the next day no one picks up the phone and when I asked to speak to the manger or give them my number they refused. So if this is not resolved, I will assume, someone from TESCO EXPRESS MUNSTER ROAD has stolen my package.

   Small but useful Tesco express. Is always open until 11pm so for urgent food and stuff is great. The staff and security members are nice and say hi when you pass by. The store is clean and tidy and the staff members are refilling the gaps at all times every time I go to the store or I pass by
