I live next to this place and it’s either security acting on cultural stereotypes and being racist or staff are just rude and unhelpful! The image for an item wouldn’t show so I was trying to be sure everything was scanned correctly , then staff responding to my honesty impatiently. I’ve already been accused of stealing coconut water after security watched me for the whole visit! As a public servant myself going to my local Tesco shouldn’t be a traumatising experience! Bottom line is, Tesco , you need to ensure your self service checkouts are viewing everything clearly and that staff need to know how to respectfully engage with people. The man made me feel like an idiot for a very basic observation of something not displaying correctly! And me not paying more than I have to. Your security need to helpful and smiling, as customer service is also a tool that prevents theft. I’m coming in Tesco thinking, “ I hope they know this is my son and treat us equally”

This is the fanciest Tesco Express I’ve been inside. It is well stocked inside! The GetGo makes it easy to pay when it knows what you’ve bought. Be careful: sometimes if you don’t want to buy things and just want to go inside to see what there is and you try to go out of the shop, the eGate might not open unless you buy anything.

This Tesco express is freaking awesome!!!! It's a smart shop so you don't even have to scan your items at the end! It's absolutely amazing! The staff are all wonderful and happy to help, the shelfs are fully stocked and extremely tidy and it's got everything you could need from a quick shop visit! I loved it!

Tesco Express (Brunswick House): Convenient Groceries in Hammersmith Located near Brunswick House at Parr's Way, London, W6 9LH, UK, the Tesco Express offers a convenient option for grocery shopping in the Hammersmith area. It appears to be a standard Tesco Express, providing a range of groceries, snacks, and household essentials. Key Features: * Convenient Hours: Open seven days a week, from 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM, making it easy to shop at almost any time. * Location: Situated near Brunswick House, it's easily accessible for local residents and those working or visiting the area. * Standard Tesco Express: Expect a typical Tesco Express selection, including fresh produce, packaged goods, drinks, and everyday items. Things to Consider: * Express Format: As an "Express" store, it's smaller than a full-sized supermarket, so the selection might be more limited. Overall: The Tesco Express near Brunswick House provides a handy option for local grocery needs, with long opening hours and a convenient location. If you're in the area and need groceries, it's a reliable choice, but for a wider selection, you might consider a larger supermarket.

Great customer service at this Tesco. There is consistently someone around to help you. Probably the best service of all local grocery shops. They all seem so happy as well. Shelves are never empty and considering the size of the shop you can always find what you need.

If there was a zero I would give it to this place. Prison like so called quick stafess place. Scanning barcode to get out? Seriously? Will never shop there for sure. Gates and security at the door. If that’s how all Tesco will look like soon then bye. If you don’t need people to work in your shops, you don’t need people to shop there either. Pathetic

I would like to give MINUS 10 stars for this store if there is an option. I visited this store today and I had some other groceries with me upon entering the store. I did not buy anything as the Christmas items I wanted to buy were not available. When I was going to leave, I was told by a staff to scan my receipt in order for the 'exit gates' which were all electronic to open. I told her that I didn't have a receipt as I did not buy anything from the store. She then asked me what was in my bag. When I explained to her that these were items from a different shop, she looked to another staff across the floor, and asked loudly if that staff had seen me bring my shopping into the shop when I entered the store. This was simply rude and extremely unacceptable. I had to show her my receipt for my purchases from the other store twice before she agreed to let me pass the exits. Very bad customer service and completely rubbish exit/entrance system. Better to bring your business elsewhere!

Very convenient store but appalling service, the worst I've experienced - ever ! A lady in front of me having issues with the self service till was completely ignored; the staff looked at her then went off to do something else. I shouted (literally) to get someone who came over to put MY shopping through the till but STILL ignored the lady at the self service till and told me that she was 'doing it wrong'. He then went on to tell me how he was Tesco's youngest manager but going to leave them after two years once he had made enough money; he has apparently just bought a Mercedes which he drives in the bus lanes because he just pays the fines. Truly one of the most unpleasant young men I have come across in quite some time - and he's the store manager !! Astonishing. And incredibly dysfunctional store service to boot. IF everything you need is on the shelves and you can get it through the self service tills then fine but don't expect help or curtesy from the staff.
