   One of the strangest shops I’ve ever been into. There’s barely anything on the shelves. Staff can be useless when it comes to collecting parcels. How on earth are they making any money here???

   Where do I start? Firstly the shop is bare, no stock, shelves are empty Oyster card machine is always not working Staff are rude and ignorant, ignor questions No wonder the high street is dying. Why shop in places with little stock and rude staff when you can get it online!

   There should be an option for Minus stars he would Be minus 5, Very rude unhelpful, no help with the parcel printing service i managed to print the parcel Lable as it was my first time I then went and put the parcel with all the others and went to walk out of the shop, He then proceded to shout at me very loudly when i was leaving so I told Him Not to shout he then pointed to the parcels and said Scan it, I told Him he was very rude and unhelpful And I will complain to Evri and I will use another drop off for parcels in the future. , Parcel services should take this away from the business they don't deserve the custom..

   Staff are not only rude (especially to Women) but incompetent. If you have to return an Amazon item via this store they offer the service through the company EVRI. EVRI are a great company to send things with and when you do have to make a return it clearly states “You do not need to package your return. Take your QR code to a Packageless Evri Parcel Shop and hold it towards the camera on the Print In-Store device. The Print In-Store device will help you create a label. Hand over the label and your product to a member of the store and they will do the rest for you.” The staff refuse to take a packageless item and will not do what they are meant to do. If you must use this shop, then you will need to ignore the instructions from EVRI and package up the item yourself.

   I want to advise people who top up oyster cards here to check that it has indeed been topped up correctly. Unfortunately an though I paid via card for two weekly cards they took the money but failed to credit the oyster card and then they denied it’s there mistake. What’s this world coming to

   Says open at 7am, wasn't open at 8am when I wanted to drop off a package. Seems to be a common theme. Won't bother wasting time again.

   Completely agree with the other reviews... you can visually see the disappointment of the staff when you just want to return something .... Not a fan of the vibe I get from the store, there's nothing that makes me want to venture further in to properly browse and consider doing anything other than return a parcel.

   I’m not sure why they have opted into Hermes parcel service. The staff absolutely hate that you’re there to send or return a parcel. Any desire to buy something from the store vanished immediately. Extremely rude, unhelpful and disrespectful.

   Just attended to collect a parcel delivered by Hermes. The lady asked for my address and although I gave her the one on the parcel because it was different to the one on my ID card she refused to give it to me. After about 10 mins arguing and trying to prove my identity and getting the receipt up on the website she finally gave the parcel to me. Very rude and stressful experience would definitely not use this shop again.
