   I went to the free from section i was in a hurry picked up ella kitchen oat bars for kids on 18th june i just went to eat one and it tasted nasty i checked the date theyvwrnt off in march. Nasty i tried to call the shop but no answer. Why have a phone and not answer it i will be coming back on this wed and ve making it very clear that selling items out of date is illegal. Just glad i tried it before giving to my toddler they could of got very ill. So show they dont check the stock plesse be vigilant.

   Rude and unprofessional staff. Today I went to pickup Stuart order worth 8£ they refuse me to give order and sayings it's overs sized and asking about my rider account details is it bike or car account, I working on car and I have car account.Tesco needs to hire a professional staff.

   Popped into the local Tescos, paid for my goods at the self service but the receipt didn't print out. I informed the female colleague behind the counter , who was helpful, she tried to print the receipt from her till. In the process of this another colleague , a white male , shouted out the self service counter was giving problems and receipts were not printing out . he then said ' there is a note on the self service so you can't miss it, it's up to the customer to read it'!! He is so Rude The security guard came over to me as well as the female colleague tried to help and eventually my receipt was printed. The white male colleague is always grumpy everytime I visit my local.its a shame as he gets the rest if the team down. I asked the female colleague and security guard if they could see a notice on the self service and they both said there isn't a notice. I tried to tell the white male colleague but he purposely ignored me. The other staff are polite and helpful.

   Used a self serve Til, it declined my payment even though there were funds in there and then so i paid again. I got home and realised it had taken my money twice. I rang Tesco CS and they advised me to go back in and get a refund. I did that, an absolutely rude staff member refused and said it would drop off my account in 24 hours - it still hasnt!! Disgusting and probably a money making scheme - would not recommend - rude staff!

   Convenient for bits and pieces. Prices slightly higher than other, bigger stores. Good range of products. Staff can be a little abrupt but mostly very helpful.
