    I shop in this branch regularly. I have always found the staff to be helpful and courteous. My main reason for writing a review today is that 2 days ago, whilst swapping bags at the checkout, I left a bag of bagels to the side and promptly forgot them. When I later remembered, I returned to the branch, and they had kept them behind the counter for me. A small thing, but very much appreciated. Thanks to Dayani (sic).

    Worst customer service ever, they sold spoiled beyond meat, 1 week till expiration date and didn’t return the money or exchange the product.

    Rudest staff ever!! Do they even train staff in customer services at Tesco any more? They treat customers like criminals and won't even let you inside the store. Is it even a real Tesco? ah well, it's not like there are no other supermarkets like 15m up the same road or anything...

    I had gone to the store at 10:55 and the doorman said they were closed and what I wanted, I said I just needed to grab some cigarettes to which he let me in and when I got to the till the person had told me they stopped serving any tobacco products at 10:50 and then cashier telling doorman they stopped serving and as I was walking out the store the doorman having his hand over my shoulder pointed me to another store. I see this as very bad service and him touching someone he doesn’t know as very rude.

    A wonderful lady, Mrs. Tejal, works humbly and diligently helping clients. It was no exemption, when my Tesco card failed to be printed, the app could not be downloaded, and I left my bicycle helmet in the store. Ms. Tejal was calm, responsible, kind and patient with me, and help me in every aforementioned situation. When I left the store in the morning, I somewhat had the feeling that such an extraordinary personnel would have saved my helmet. I wasn't wrong, I returned in the afternoon and my helmet was safe and sound! I will be looking forward to recommend this place to everyone who needs a patient costumer service, loaded with care.

    New security guy was very pleasant on my visit, gave a greeting and a goodbye. Came to help when red light started flashing on self scan too. Very helpful.

    Usually fine but on our last trip we were paying for items at self-service and the security guy came over and literally leaned over my boyfriends shoulder to stare at our screen. We ask if everything is okay and he says some strange excuse like “oh sorry, just everyone was looking at the screen funny” and walked away again. Feel like we were profiled... intrusive and made us feel like we don’t want to go back. We bought maybe £6 worth of shopping and we were made to feel so uncomfortable.
