   Love it...but the lifts are a constant problem! Why not fix them ALL at once and save on call-out costs. Lovely friendly staff and a good layout! Also...could you pay me for working there when I'm forced to scan my own shopping? You need to put an option for an hourly rate so i can get paid accordingly. I dont like shopping so im pretty quick! I can give you my bank details but I'll need some sort of induction and I feel like I'll get taxed heavily for having a second job! What can we,as a team do about this? (Shopping is easy here so 5 stars is accurate! CASH IS KING THOUGH...SO...stop making it hard to pay cash!

   Good parking here and friendly helpful customer service counter very badly let down by unfriendly surly shop floor staff. Had one of them push in front of me yesterday at the cash desk and then had to wait while they all ignored me and had a good gossip about their finishing times and Christmas hours! It’s sad to see this supermarket group going down hill the way it is !!

   Nice store everything was well placed and organised and easy to find. It also had 2 hours free parking extendable if you pay via an app. The store was setup for Christmas and lots of products Christmas treats. The till queues where short and fast. I was able to find very thing I needed quickly.

   Great place for grocery shopping, the Sutton Morrison is big and has a good variety, right from choice of beers to meat to kitchen crockery to confectionery. All under one roof. Could do with some more competitive offers. The points system is not as happening compared to its competitors.

   This Morrisons is on the smaller side. They have plenty of spaces in the parking with a split level parking. The parking is free for maximum of 2 hours with additional hours charged The shop was nice and tidy. They have a cafe in store to have a sit down meal. There are toilets located inside the store free to use. However be aware they seem like they are rarely cleaned Also there is also plenty of lifts to go up to the car park

   Morrison is now the best place for online groceries. Most others will miss a product or two at delivery whilst still charging the customer for it. Morrison delivers every product or its very nearest substitute. The supermarkets are out-competing local butchers. Most of these butchers end up working for Morrison's so Morrison's also out-compete others stores on cuts of meat much to my enjoyment. They also stock the cheapest but highest quality fish - black bream.

   For those who don't live in the UK, Morrrisons is a big chain of supermarkets where they a cafeteria at the bigger branches. I visited the cafe at Morrisons in Sutton after lockdown when a limited menu was offered. The cafe was not in its usual glory but we stopped by for some tea. It was definitely a good experience because I love tea and it is always better dining out. Overall, everything was satisfactory.
