1/2 Yesterday (3rd Dec) around 3pm there was no watercress on the shelves. It was perfectly understandable. What surprises me it was the fact that today I found a lot of watercress bags with expired date of today (4th Dec). So the replacement is made with a product that expires on the same day? Sometimes I feel I can't trust about the offers of fresh items. Quite disappointing. 2/2 Used to be a good place to buy the groceries but the past few months the experience is frustrating. Most of the products I used to buy were out of the stock (even in the morning or early afternoon) . I've been several times and left with basket empty. In the morning the bakery place was empty. Some shelves are completely empty and closed for more than 2 weeks. The TicToc wellbeing chai relax, since they change the teas displays I couldn't find it anymore. Online it says that it is in stock but the staff can't find it as well. Unfortunately I have to look for a different supermarket.

Great location. Large. Fresh sushi available. Items are on discount in the latter half of the day. Can click and pick up John Lewis parcels here.

I received a Waitrose delivery via Uber today, and unfortunately, I discovered a staple in the sushi. Shortly after consumption, I experienced severe abdominal distress, including vomiting. I am currently experiencing significant gastrointestinal issues and am confined to the lavatory. I am very dissatisfied with this situation.

It's not massive, but it's big enough. It has a decent product range, but the layout of the shop is a little weird, so it makes it hard to find what you're looking for. I find that it almost always runs out of stock of many products, so I am never able to leave with all of the items on my shopping list. I don't know why, but I find that a lot of the staff at this branch are really unfriendly, which is strange because Waitrose employees at other branches are usually pretty good. Despite the issues mentioned above, it is still a good place to do a bit of grocery shopping, at the end of a shopping trip at Westfield.

Waitrose is a spacious and well-organised supermarket! They offer everything you could need, from fresh fruits and veggies to frozen food products and much more.

Bought four packs of sushi from Sushi Daily, the rice wasn’t cooked properly, it was old and expensive. Don’t recommend it. Even this one star is too much to give it.

Great shopping experience as ever at Waitrose. A small-ish shop but you can find all the goodies youd expect from them and the same great customer service.
