   Wanna give zero star. The staff were extremely unhelpful and inattentive. Even after calling them several times, no one came to assist. Instead, they were chatting among themselves and not doing their job. Even when I went over and asked directly. I have used this market frequently since coming to London, but after experiencing what I perceived as racially discriminatory treatment, I do not want to return to a place where customers are treated this way.

   It was a time shop was very quiet, a lady that is just standing and not busy with anything, God forbid i asked her that i need help with using the club card, She did not try to help at all. She also told me to do this not near self service till( which were completely empty more than 7-8 of them and no customer behind me) but go to the door to do it. Working there from 2002 but has no idea of customer service

   Irfan, big thank you for keeping my purse today! I had amazing experience in this shop today. I left my purse at self service counter after payment this morning. I didn’t realise that until 4:00pm this afternoon, there is cash, 5 bank cards, my driving license in the purse. I was horrified, I dashed back to Tesco, find the lovely staff Irfan, he checked my ID and magically take my purse out from the drawer. It was him who found my purse this morning and kept it for me!!! I can’t thank him enough for his honesty, I would like to buy a small gift to say thank you, however he refused and calmly said it was his job! What an amazing boy!

   Generally a very good Tesco, lots of space and room to walk around, everything was well organised, clean and logically laid out. Some limitations in the stock but generally you can find everything you need from here. Costa coffee and self service checkouts both brilliant here. Pharmacy as well, very good Tesco.

   I am very glad to surprised customer services in this store. when you are doing great shopping with a small child on board, here you will get help at checkout. additional staff helps you quickly pack what you buy, as well as possible seizure of your child. in this store you will find a basket with plenty of fruit for free for child. every parent knows how hard to keep the peace of mind when the child is hungry. idea of health and a quick snack is great! Bravo Tesco. ❤ Thank you for being helpful.
