   Tesco The Vale is a great local store with a wide range of products and consistently good service. Staff are friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist if you need help finding something. Shelves are usually well stocked, self-checkout and staffed tills run efficiently. Parking is also convenient, which makes the whole experience stress-free. Overall, a reliable and pleasant Tesco that I’m happy to shop at regularly.

   Never again. Ive complained to management about the parking and the stupid delivery truck before. Today I scraped my car trying to get in. Yes my fault. But equally. CLOSE THE PARKING. WHEN YOU DELIVER. but you wont. Cause u care more about money than common sense. Useless response from the manager who will again do absolutely nothing. So sad to see common sense out the window.

   Went this afternoon, very disappointment about the staff and customer service. I didn't have any cash or coin with me but was planning to buy a few groceries, milk, water, etc. No staff was trying any single efforts to help even asked around. Eventually, the other lady kindly offered her trolley to me and I donated to the homeless guy in front of the shop. It a cold shop, will never go there again. The facility of store is pathetic, a heavy metal basket, coin based trolley and helpless staff. Clearly, isn't encouraging people to shop there.
