   DISHONEST BUSINESS. Unfortunately they cheat the customers. Ask for a receipt and check it before you go, two separate occasions they overcharged me and I didn’t realize it until I got home and the prices that they charged me did not match what was on the package. When I confronted them on my next trip about it, they just lied and said it was impossible despite the evidence. So basically scammers, I also noticed that they try to change the packaging for some of the items to give you less items than are supposed to come in the package. If you’re British and you go here, you should report this place to the authorities. There is no reason that dishonest business practices should be allowed and unregulated.

   I went into this store today with my guide dog. My guide dog had his harness on that clearly showed he was a guide dog. I was stopped after walking into the store. I explained it was a guide dog. I was then asked by the employee to pick up my guide dog and carry him round the store. I checked I had heard him correctly as this is the most bizarre request particularly as my guide dog is meant to guide me so carrying him isn’t remotely safe, he’s also very large. The employee confirmed he wanted me to carry the dog around the store. I said I wouldn’t be doing that. The employee then said that was ok but then asked me to give him my guide dog and reached out to take my guide dogs leash. Again a bizarre request I’ve never come across. I told him I would not be giving him my guide dog and continued round the shop to get my items as I was not prepared to continue the discussion. I’m glad I was able to continue shopping in the end but this was a ridiculous request to make of me with my guide dog and I don’t know what they were thinking.

   This people are thief’s!. I asked to buy headphone that was compatible with Apple. I also said it needs to be the headphones that fit in an iPhone 12.. I took and paid £8 for the headphones. I opened the already damaged box to find out it had a jack for the oldest iPhone.. I tried to take it back but they said the don’t do refund and wasn’t willing to swap it after being blamed for the damage

   It's not londis anymore it's owned by a family business the shop is called welcome 12, and they overcharge for everything practically. 1item that normally costs around 0.50 pence they charge 1.80 bcs they are located in a busy area You better off going to next shops or on w12 and enjoy 50 to 80% cheaper price . Read other customers review if you don't believe me or go check for yourself they are overpricing most items only positive thi Ng I can say its OK late

   Good little grocer's but a little bit pricey. 24hrs so it's a winner for me. Mind you my Reece's Peanut Butter Cereal Puff's cost £5! Which is a bonus as if you buy it in the Westfield round the corner you'd be paying just under a tenner if not more, probably due to tourism. They've normally got all my little bits and Bob's that I can't get from Bush rounderbout. I'm pleased for the stores latest stock which is Co-Op's brands so I'm able to get items here that they wouldn't have where I'm based at Latimer Road. Decent staff. ATM outside is normally replenished quickly too. Coffee machine, pastries!! I think there's a ramp for mobility user's but don't quote me on that as I don't recall lugging my E-Scooter up a step of any sort so... Happy shopping guys.
