I was asked by my doctor to provide a blood pressure reading so I called in to Copmanthorpe pharmacy and asked if they could help me out. I was dealt with promptly and efficiently and when the results showed a slightly high reading I was asked to return the following day to be fitted with a monitor. I wore the monitor for 8hrs and then returned to the pharmacy. The results were downloaded and I had them explained to me and what would happen next. I couldn't have wished for a better service and would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone.
It's very easy to take exceptional customer service, from one establishment, for granted as it becomes the norm. We, as residents of Copmanthorpe are very fortunate to have Tracey and her team as our local chemists. The Covid years, the shortage of prescription medicines, (NOT the fault of the pharmacy) flu vaccinations etc create additional pressure on the staff but they are always very pleasant, helpful and going above and beyond to serve their customers. Next time you visit, show your appreciation too, by saying a special, "Thank You" to all the staff. We would be lost without them, so let's treasure them as they deserve to be treasured.
Not many places I know are still enforcing a mask rule. It would be nice to be informed when ringing. To then be ushered out... not the best of service. Well stocked however.
