I came for my flu vaccine as couldn't make the appointments as my usual pharmacy. I was dissapointed with the staff's attitude as when I arrived it seemed like I was an inconvenience. I was told to wait but it wasn't obvious where as the waiting room seemed to be for the drs surgery. Not having been before, I didn't know the set up. I asked where to wait and if I could in the drs waiting room. The staff shrugged and said, "yeah, I guess". The person who gave me the vaccine was great. But I was left feeling like my being there was interferring with the running of the pharmacy, despite me having a booked appointment.

Fantastic service from this pharmacy. Staff are always super helpful and friendly. They work so hard and are always so busy but always time for a smile and personal touch. Keep up the good work team. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The service at Gale Farm Pharmacy is appalling. Staff are consistently rude, dismissive, and unprofessional.Their approach to patient care is negligent, and from a regulatory and compliance standpoint, they fall far below acceptable standards. I don’t normally write reviews like this, but the consistent failures and sheer disrespect from Gale Farm Pharmacy have left me no choice. The staff are astonishingly rude and dismissive, with an attitude that suggests patients are an inconvenience rather than people in need of care. Prescriptions go missing regularly. Medication “owings” are not managed, and there is no clear communication, no apology, no ownership. This is not an isolated case. It's a regular occurrence with me and others. When they make a mistake, which happens far too often, they take no ownership and just tell you it's not their problem. You're also told to “speak to your GP” as if they’re doing you a favour by processing your prescription at all. What’s worse is watching how they speak to vulnerable patients, abrupt, cold, and with zero compassion. I’ve personally had multiple stressful experiences there, but what really pushed me to write this is seeing elderly people being treated with disdain l, literally today one of them told an elderly lady off impatiently shouting "yes I can find your prescription on the system, but I am too busy for this so go to your GP and get a new one". They profit from every prescription processed, yet show no regard for the people they serve. This is a public-facing, healthcare service, yet there’s no basic courtesy, no accountability, and no interest in patient wellbeing. From a compliance point of view, they’re chaotic. From a human decency point of view, they’re shocking. If you value your health, time, or basic dignity, I strongly recommend using a different pharmacy and ask for your prescription to be dispensed elsewhere. No one should have to fight for basic respect when collecting essential medication.

Sold me dermol body wash (to use on my then-newborn baby) that had been out of date since July, in December 2022. Fortunately we've only used it a few times before realising today.

Lola and her team are brilliant and will do anything they can for you , I have never had a bad experience here. Always feel welcome and valued as a patient which really makes a huge difference

Their delivery service is not up to scratch only one delivery person and when its his day off you have to wait for medication even if you are running out.

They say they take prescriptions over the phone which is helpful... apart from the fact they don’t answer the phone
