   They are absolutely useless, they allow only 3 people inside at a time letting you freeze outside, you end up waiting forever to be served only to find out half of your prescription is missing even though you have been text it is ready. A day later you get a text to say its ready & bits are still missing. Every month im without prescription for about a week & this is literally every month there is some sort of problem & this has been going on for years. It so badly managed in all different aspects & completely sick of it. The only reason I kept going was for its convenience but its not convenient when you are having to do 3 trips & going without your meds. There is so much more that I wouldn't be able to fit in the post but from talking to people in the que its always the same things people are pissed off with.

   The most incredible manager ever!! They handled our issue discreetly, safely, and confidentially! They did everything to make us feel welcome and safe. True LGBTQIA+ allies!! Could not recommend more!

   Very helpful staff, they are the best stocked pharmacy in York and have helped me several times when my regular pharmacy was unable to. In addition they are open late which is so helpful when you work later than 5pm. Shoutout to Will for being incredibly helpful when I needed an emergency prescription

   New staff always make you wait and tell you it's going to be a 20 minute even when they've had the prescription for a week already and then the fool behind the glass saying it all needs counting and the electronic prescription has only just come through despite the fact I had a text telling me it was there and ready 4 days prior...new staff are clueless at best and need to take some big steps forward if they're to come close to the guys that were there before, Jack is still the best worker there by far and will always go above and beyond but the rest, I don't have much time for!

   I initially used Monkbar Pharmacy as my normal pharmacy didn't have my prescription in stock. The staff on that day in November were so polite & friendly I changed nominated pharmacy, despite it being out of my way. Last week I picked up a prescription and again the staff were so friendly & courteous, nothing seemed too much trouble. Can't reccomend highly enough.

   I moved where I got my medication because this place is open from 9am till 10.30pm Mon to sat and 9am til 6.30pm Sundays. It is always clean and tidy organised the staff are friendly and always greet u with a smile if there is any product u want but they don't sell they will give u recommendations to where u can get it from. Cos I've been going for so long some of the staff when I walk in go and get my meds without asking for my name which is nice and sometimes when am not able to get out of my car they wil bring my meds to the car window that been said I am parked outside of the pharmacy though when this happens and I have a disability badge so am allowed to park for a short period to do this. Would recommend to all you won't be disappointed.

   Both Nathan and Paul have been really helpful. They squeezed me in last minute and answered all my questions really thoroughly. Felt really comfortable at the appointments as they were both lovely. Will definitely be coming back if I need any travel jabs in the future- thank you!
