Very poor. Computers down. They said they couldn't find me as a patient although I have been going there for over 6 years. The surgery had said my prescription had been approved but they couldn't confirm this & told me to walk round there & they couldn't give me an emergency supply. Rubbish!
Rude stuff,before me speaking really nice with a customer,when was my turn and start talking with a foreign accent change he r attitude clearly racist against a foreign person

Absolutely useless. They never answer the phone.... I have stood at the counter in that shop, and been totally ignored for several minutes . Disgusting customer service
Lovely staff, im there very regularly due to health problems and if they havent seen me in a while they always ask if im okay. Definitely my favourite pharmacy by far.
The service was dreadful in the past but after a couple of years of much better service this branch of Boots is now delivering unacceptably poor customer service. Boots brand should be ashamed they allow this to go on.
