   Boots closed !!! I find out today Boots was closed without any warning. Thank god for East Leeds Pharmacy. They were a life saver; managed to get my prescription delivered by them for free. I rang them and they just needed my full name, DOB, telephone and post code and they did the rest. Thank you for sorting and delivering my medication to all at East Leeds Pharmacy. Boots for such a big company would have been nice to give some warning to your loyal customers

   WHO THE HELL DO BOOTS THINK THEY ARE? All the customers who didn't know( like me),that the Selby Road store is closing/ closed yet stii accepts prescriptions and doesn't bother to tell me until I walked in the door oh I'm sorry we're closing fi d another Pharmacy,we can't do it even though we had your prescription over a week...PATHETIC.

   They are closing this boots, and they have neglected to tell there customers who use the NHS app for there prescriptions, that if the doctor sends a prescription to them they can not order any new stock in. I called today as I've been waiting over 2 weeks for usual text to say prescription is ready. To be given my prescription to get them elsewhere. I was also informed they dont have time by another assistant to text to let people know what's going on, as they have 100 prescription a day to dispense. But she had time to butt into the conversation i was having with her colleague. Its been going down hill for a long time so lets hope new people can restore the reliable pharmacy that was there before Boots.

   Only a small store, staff are excellent, unlike a lot of pharmacies, it's not cluttered, with basics, but the staff are courteous, and efficient !

   The assistant that's here full time is amazing, very friendly and helpful. I get my basic/essential toiletries here now and then, and there has been problems with the till over half the times I've been which has taken a while to sort. This member of staff has been extremely helpful and patient and does a fantastic job with a till system that obviously needs fixing or replacing. I wish I knew her name in the hope that someone important could read this and make sure she receives the due credit she deserves.
