Today New years eve went in at 815 am , customer service till asked for change for trolley no good morning no welcome . Carried on to do my shopping spent £80 no tills open half the self help check out turned off one staff dealing with the 2 areas so had to wait longer than should of considering I'm doing the job for sainsburys by scanning and putting my shopping away , I paid with a card that needs signature had to wait for the 1 member of staff to come to complete translation no good morning , thank you etc even on both occasions I was hello thank you have a good day . Then get home and realise the rolls are stale. Avoid this store at all costs as obviously the management have no respect for it customers.

Was a serviceable location but continues to decline across all categories. The staff are over worked and overwhelmed. Product is constantly out of stock. The tills and self service are continually broken or not functioning correctly. The men bathroom has been closed for weeks and the accessible toilet which is the only alternative for the men’s toilet is disgustingly

I needed a few bits which they had. Popped on at 9pm. As a West Indian person I visit for the hard dough bread and bun for my bun and cheese. They also sell Wharburtons extra thick bread but not available online. Many bios routes serve here. ATM, car park and petrol station. Rarely forest have what o want. Also clothes, stationery, housewares and electronics. The hot bar looks clean. Staff are nice. Customer service can be a little slow as it’s merged with the tobacco kiosk but it’s always been like that. Toilets well maintained. They’ve stopped the receipt scan at the self serve or at least they had when I visited.

This store has all you need to get in and out of the large Sainsbury’s. There is a gas station which can be very affordable. There is a lot of parking spaces in the area including a wheelchair area. Wheelchair trolleys are available. Taxi service is available in the side of the Sainsbury’s. The Argos is inside in the back of the building to order or collect what you need from there. The bakery is at the back making the food become more fresher.

Sainsbury's Smart shop is really good, easy to use and much convenient as you will skip the massive payment queues for checkouts. More shops should use that idea!

Really rude staff. There's an older, stout ginger white woman who tried to take my newspaper away because the guy serving me wanted her to remove a different newspaper (not mine). She took his paper and just randomly grabbed mine from the conveyor belt for no apparent reason. I had to call after her to bring my paper back and she just slammed it down on the other products, didn't even make eye contact with me and didn't apologise. I guess she treats 'certain people' with more respect. This store used to have good customer service. If I behaved like that in any retail job I had over the years, I would get it in the neck. Why isn't that happening in this store? Such a rude and very moody person. It's like she doesn't want to do her job. Is there a proper email I can send a complaint to?

Ample parking, good access to car park and store, wide variety of products as well as Hot food and Sushi. Lloyds Pharmacy. Overall happy, five stars if it weren’t the facilities. No soap in any of the dispensers; and dryers not working.

No synonym to Sainsbury’s shopping experience. Everything under a roof is low review for a hyper market store. Amazing collections, budget friendly and easy to bill and checkout process and will get more details of what you need from this supermarket.

The Sainsbury's near the canal. You can park there your motorcycle, cycle, has car parking, car wash, fuel, Argos in-store and Pharmacy. A good range of food and drinks as well as you could buy some clothes, toys, bed sheets and kitchenware. However there isn't that big choice in clothing and bed linen. It has customer's toilets that are well cleaned as well as antibacterial points at the entrance/exit. Overall I have a good experience everytime I shop there.
