   The store listing says it is open 24 hours, but it is never actually open. There is also no accurate open/closed status online, so customers can’t tell when it is operating. This creates unnecessary confusion and wasted trips. If you can’t maintain 24-hour service, please update the hours honestly. If you are open, please reflect that online. If you are closed, show that too. Simple and clear information would fix most of this frustration. Right now, the hours and the online status are misleading.

   I had a lovely lady called Lolo who helped me on Tuesday. She could tell i was worried about my dog that was at the blue cross. So she helped me with the coffee machine and was so kind.

   Rudest staff ever. I went to collect an evri parcel and instead of informing me politely that they no longer do this and helping me find a solution they had an incredibly rude tone, shrugging their shoulders. No basic customer service skills
