   If you know what you want then the store is fine with a good selection of stock. But if you need something that you can't find, the staff don't speak English (or very limited English) and are not interested in helping. They tell you to go speak to the guy in the meat section. He then tells you to go ask at the till. There are much better international shops in nearby towns (like potters bar for example)

   I bought lamb and it wasn't fresh, once I opened the bag I couldn't stand because of the smell.Now I understand why the man from the counter wouldn't show me a piece. It was all covered in cling film. Desapointing .

   Excellent availability fruits and vegetables! Bakery is also superb, but bread/rolls should be in paper bags not plastic.

   My experience from today : totally arrogant young man behind the cash desk! While I was waiting to be served, he was on the mobile phone and just ignoring me ! Where are that nice ladies who was there all the time ??????

   I bought bread and simit from the bakery section and at the till price didn’t match. I told the cashier ‘the price is £1 for two’ he said those are yesterdays bread’. There is no sign they sell yesterday’s bread for less price. He said ‘it your choice not to buy’ but it is their responsibility to write two tier price system. I also noticed the price almost doubled in their bakery in the last year. Opportunist and dishonest local shop. Generally prices are higher than Turkish shop in east Barnet. Shame.

   This store doesn’t deserve even 1 star. The guy who works at the butcher is very rude and he raised his voice at me today. Also this was the second time he done it to my mum 2 months ago and I called in the store to complain, I thought they will speak to him but I think they didn’t. The other stuff are good but he needs to be replaced or spoken too. I would not recommend to anybody that wants to buy meat at this store because of that rude stuff at the butcher.

   I had a Hospital appointment today, just around the corner. I was walking through the High Street & came across this Wonderful Store. Spoilt for choice by the Amazing selection of products, fresh fruit, vegetables, Meat, cheeses etc. in fact I can go on & on!!!. I am coming back with my husband who will absolutely Love your store especially the fresh Olives Counter. What a great find!!
