   We had an appointment to drop off our bags at 7.30-8.00 in the morning 30 mins after their supposed opening time. They don't pick up their phone or reply to messages. So we're stuck outside in the cold with all our bags.

   Lovely people BUT no way to contact them. i have the most horrendous flu and can barely get to the front door. I can't collect my items before the deadline and have no way of reaching the shop. I tried their phone number on google maps and the line is dead. I don't know what else to do. Now my items are probably returned and I'll have to pay again for postage. Is there any way you can hold on to them please for a day or two. Thank you. EDIT: Really appreciated the personal response to this - I didn't know how else to get your attention. Thank you for all your help. Great little shop and an asset to our community.

   Do not order click and collect. Refused and now it’s delayed an important item. Why register on this service if you’re only going to refuse it for multiple customers??

   I'm sure it's a good shop, but DONT BUY ONLINE AND COLLECT FROM HERE. My parcel was inexplicably refused, meaning it's got to go back to sender. An absolute joke. Why bother making yourself available as a collection point if you don't accept parcels?
