Rude customer service, actual store doesn’t answer the phone. Very late delivery with no one advising. Most of order out of stock but I have to wait 5 days for my refund. Never again will this company see my money. My order has finally arrived and over 50% is missing
Twice now, no show for home delivery. Manager or no staff whatsoever answer phones. Recieved my deliver a day late and half the stuff missing. Absolute joke of a shop. Needs a decent manager and delivery drivers who decide to clock off when they feel like it. Took over a week to get refunded via head office, who emailed me like they were doing me a favour..
Today I had my iceland shopping delivered it was delivered by Dan and another guy I dont know if his name is dan or something else as my shopping says delivered by dan but these two are really friendly and welcoming. Excellent customer service. 10/10 polite. Please can this be passed on to the manager at the store thank you :)
You can actually pick up good bargains i.e Tuna tins, icecreams, frozen prawns and other ready meals if you are into it. Please do remember to check at the till if your offers do reflect in the bill rather than paying the full price. This is something quite silly but it’s a matter of principle and it says 3 for £3 mix and match however it doesn’t take off monies at the end as their system hasn’t been updated.
Missed items from my home delivery but pleased that the manager was most helpful in locating the items and appolgied for the inconvenience.
Nice Iceland store... could do with being a little bit bigger...staff seem nice and polite when I've shopped there.
First time doing an online order with Iceland and I will never do it again, a few tins were damaged and a few items missing, received a small refund and no mention of the missing items either or even the offer of them being sent out or myself picking them up. Also what is with the big clear plastic bags I thought we were trying to reduce plastic waste.
It's a great place to shop as in the evening it is not so busy and has a large variety of products and the prices are still affordable. I love their offer for fruits and vegetables 3 for £5. Unfortunately the frozen section is limited in vegan food.
