   Its what was needed, a late night shop in Wallington, nowhere else is open until twelve midnight for convenience goods well its not open until midnight anymore, think its because of staff shortage, anyway its back needing a shop open that late, even just over the weekend would help...

   I feel like a suspect every time I shop here or use the self checkout. Just awkward. Why should paying customers be made to feel so uncomfortable?! I am a nurse and the last thing I need at the end of a busy day is to feel cheapened by an approach which suggests I am a thief. I now only come here as a LAST resort as I resent spending hard earned money in a shop which appears to think so little of its customers.

   I bought couple of things but my bags looked not enough so after the guy on the till finished with Customer i asked for 5p Bag and he said its now only 10p bag i said ok no problem while i was giving him money he rudely said to Scan bag by yourself at self checkout till i said why can't you scan it? he replied i need to serve other customer who actually came after me. Rubbish service! please tesco management teach some customer skills to your staff.

   Prices consistently wrong eg 2 for £2 doesnt register on the self service so you’ve got to stand there for 5 minutes for one of the 2 staff to check the shelf and hold everyone up. Security guard in there is an incompetent simpleton, standing there scratching his arse when kids are shop lifting but chasing after someone who he thinks hasn’t paid 5p for a bag. On the plus side it’s open 365 and there’s a right tasty blonde working in there some days.
