    Awful serviceon an absolute consistent basis. I asked for where the oatmeal was from a staff member. She then runs to the manager telling him I asked for opium. I asked where the oatmeal was a fourth time. He then shows me where it is and then proceeds to follow me around the store and then laughs with a colleague about her 'mistake' as I pay and leave. This store has consistently atrocious service. I look forward to all stores going digital as these staff members are useless and hateful.

    Went to the tills and pay for my stuff however I had very rude and unprofessional manager called Nishith who was not acknowledging me at all and was on the phone. Not giving me eye contact and when I asked for receipt he was very aggressive and rude. After visiting this store for many years I have received a disappointing customer service from this member of management.

    The staff are scruffy and should be reminded on basic hygiene . Security stand outside the store and lean against anything, on their phone all the time. Poor standards

    Rubbish.... 1st time used uber eats to dleiver, my order was picked up by a random driver and Sainsbury's rang me and told me it was up to to cancel the order with uber even though they admitted giving it to the wrong driver, what Sansbury - you are at fault. Lots of drivers kept coming in to pick up the order at Sainsbury as the uber system only records and actual pick-up and of course mine had been given to the wrong driver who evidently just kept the order. Sainsbury rang me again and told me to stop sending uber drivers to pick up the order despite the fact they had obviously made the mistake and handed it to the wrong driver, no apology I was made to feel it was my fault by the clerk who rang me. I spent about 30 mins calling a non UK based call centre who finally cancelled the order. AVOID AT ALL COSTS...

    worst shop. Few times I ordered delivery via the app, they always sent wrong products. I don't know how blind you must be to not see the difference between pork and beef.

    No-one behind the till this morning. When an assistant appeared she didn't speak to me but was closely followed by the young woman who should have been there. The only words that she spoke were "do you want the receipt? ". In times of Covid some politeness would have been welcome and an understanding that for some older customers that might have been the only interaction for several days.

    Lacks cheaper lines , but that's expert from a convenience store . Found staff to be incredibly helpful like larger Sainsbury up the road . Unlike many supermarkets - especially those beginning with T - staff will actually go out of their way to help you out .
