The small Tescos in Barnet is local but somethings they don’t do and you have to go to other stores to get what you actually, need to get so I would say it’s good if your getting a few bits from there and the stuff are friendly enough Or just go there and get what I need to get ready like shopping wise
TESCO INTERNATIONAL CALLING CARD. Very poor service from Wavecrest customer services! They manage Tesco International Calling Card (TICC) and their responses reflect badly on Tesco Stores Ltd who sell the product. I have used the service for a decade but due to their recent trickery I will be using a competitor from now on. Their TICC airtime recharge is non existent for UK Networks, don't be fooled by their online blurb, it is a myth. Below poor responses. Limited selection of groceries at higher prices than larger stores. Exit door holds you hostage at times.
Conveniently located, but inconveniently the door doesn't actually open so you can't get in the shop half the time. I'd recommend not wasting your time and going round the corner to the Village Food Centre where the door works and the food is better and cheaper.
Customer service was great, the chap the till serving us was friendly and spoke well mannered. In terms of the shop floor it self, quite empty unfortunately. The aisles were messy and shelves were empty. It is not the standards Tesco represents. It is located at the high road next to many other restaurants and food chains.
Rude customer service. I asked excuse me twice to different staff members to find where the mints are and I simply got ignored. Ok they were busy but at least answer me. Ended up finding it myself.
Don't like to shop at that Tesco, don't feel comfortable to go there, been before very often there, but its terrible as security is keep watching you and u feel like a criminal - so bad, plus if I went with kids - I felt even worst, it's like security following u - such a bad place to shop, since that never been there, prefer to go different Tesco in different area. Even my husband went today, he had very bad experience he was shopping there and he had many bags from other shops and he was buying meat, he wanted to get few packs and one of the pack he put it in the bag, so he can get one more and security run to him and took it from his hands, he said he wants to buy few packs and has no free hand to carry basket, she was very rude to him, I said to my husband don't ever go there again as I've stopped shopping at that place for few years. If they do have lots of people steeling from them - that's not our problem, why do people have to feel uncomfortable when they r just doing normal shopping. I will tell all my friends from Barnet about that and to stop shopping at that rude place.
Lots of fresh fruit being reduced here is always a good look from me. Could have been helped in a more timely fashion by the cashier regarding a reduced meal deal inquiry.
I went with my son to get a bottle of water today in the morning and the self checkout machine had some issues. The cashier was so rude with an attitude instead of explaining the error. I will never go back there again. These people need to be trained how to deal with customers in a professional manner. If he is not happy with his work and life maybe he should change it.
