   The security guard is incredibly nice and helpful. The rest of the place is a trainwreck. Why have two tills and 4 members of staff available when you only intend to operate one till at a time allowing the queue to snake up the aisle. Terrible, terrible customer service. Shop regularly closes before stated closing time. Be warned that in practice 22:45 is a more accurate closing time.

   I don't want to complain but the staff keep getting worse. They are constantly on their phone they are rude and ignore you. When you do manage to get their attention they look at you like your dirt and try to avoid you. I was also harassed by lady who grabbed my arm claiming I didn't buy a bag and then didn't apologies after seeing my receipt. Security guard is nice as well as one of the female staff the rest are rude and need training

   The older lady working there is clearly tired of her job. Not sure if she’s the store manager, the younger ones are always friendly, but she is always rude and not really interested in being helpful. I’ve tried a couple times now sending or picking up parcels, where there was an issue and she is just absolutely useless. If you are sending parcels with Evri I highly recommend using Londis that is further down on Garratt Lane.

   Absolutely awful service and the people behind the counter are extremely rude. My partner tried to pick up a parcel for me because I am unwell. He had all the details. They even had my phone number but they were extremely unhelpful and extremely rude. I’m not happy I am putting a formal complaint in

   Super rude cashier. I tried to smile and say how are you and she just stood there staring at me. I asked about Evri shipping and she just said ‘label’ and nothing else. Just really unhelpful and unfriendly

   A few weeks ago they were closed in the mornings for staff shortages, tonight there was a handwritten notice on the door saying they're closed from 2030 due to maintenance works. They're range and availability of products is sketchy to say the least too.

   The staff are disgusting horrible with poor customer service, I wemt thier to collect my Evri parcel on the tracking it showed it was delivered but they not gave it to me. I had to call the company they said your parcel is delivered waiting for collection, Dont go to Earlsfield Station tesco is full of scum bags, stinking rotten south asian staff poorly trained disgusting service this store should be closed .

   *NO STARS* Awful. Don’t come between 11am - 2pm as they may be closed. Record profits recorded; 2+ million people out of work in the U.K. - tesco has to close as they don’t have more than 2 people in store. For a global company it’s embarrassing. The evri service is also terrible. Don’t offer a service if you can’t do it competently, either company. Co-op just down the road will suit from now on.

   The manager of this store is verbally aggressive to his staff and very rude to customers .I have witnessed him swearing at the staff in front of customers and bossing staff around with an undermining approach.No patience with people that are hard of hearing or cannot understand his accent (witnessed) As a mother that works in retail ,i know the importance of good work ethic and this he does not have at all. Most of the other staff i have met in there have been polite and friendly and do not have a problem with ,its just a shame the manager does not have the same work standard . Advise him to have more training !
