Agree with other reviewers about the bald guy in the newsagent desk, stinking attitude. There is no need to be so rude… wont be coming back here again either.

This post office is small and usually not very crowded. It is open for long hours. Parking at the Sainsbury’s is convenient. It does all the basic postal and parcel jobs. The staff is polite and humble.

Really helpfull staff, all other post offices in barnet/ finchley try to make me pay more or use a more exspensive service this one don't. There also seems to be a constant supply of rude entitled young adults that threaten and abuse staff there as they are entitled. The staff always stay calm and remain professional

This post office is an absolute nightmare. The staff are unbelievably rude and act like they're doing you a favor by simply acknowledging your existence. I’ve never seen a group of people so completely uninterested in their jobs or the customers they’re supposed to be serving. The lines are always absurdly long, and it’s not because they’re busy—it’s because they’re so agonizingly slow. It’s like watching paint dry, only more frustrating. I had to wait over an hour just to send a simple package, and when I finally got to the counter, the employee couldn’t have been less helpful or more incompetent. The facility itself is filthy and rundown. The floors are sticky, the counters are covered in grime, and the whole place smells like a combination of mildew and despair. It’s clear that no one cares about maintaining even the most basic level of cleanliness or order. If you value your time, your sanity, and your dignity, avoid this post office like the plague. It’s the epitome of everything that’s wrong with government services. Save yourself the hassle and go literally anywhere else.

While I appreciate the convenience of the post office, I’ve encountered some challenges with the service. It seems there may be a discrepancy in the fees charged, and I’ve also experienced less-than-friendly interactions with the staff. It’s important to exercise caution when utilising their services for sending parcels.

Faulty Towers without the humour. Only go in there if you have to, such as parcel collection, but do prepare yourself to be ignored, spoken down to and treated with utter contempt. I groan when I need to collect a parcel from there. The polar opposite to the nice charming staff in the post office at McKinnon East Barnet village.

Not good simple task an inconvenience might as well replace the woman behind the Post Office counter with a machine probably get a better response & service.

Absolutely appalling. Very rude. Referred to as "people like you" Treated like you are a major inconvenience. They have no concept of the term "valued customer". I'm a new business and still learning, and all I tried to do was change up £10 of my float (for their commission fee of course) and she would not change up anything unless I took it all as 20p's which was pointless.
