I’m surprised to be reading some of these reviews, are we talking about the same staff? After the dreadful drop off service at the gourmet, I came here to drop off my parcel. The staff were super kind and helpful, in fact the man was so nice that I bought some food just to support his business.
Paid 10£ for cheetos!!! And no price was displayed and at the till point, he didn’t mention how much it cost! Plz avoid to visit this store!
Rude, unhelpful staff. They have a pile of Amazon returns not yet processed. Not recommended
