   The self-service checkouts are not good, nectar card & gift card won’t scan correctly. So I usually use the manned checkout but even there, paying via contactless didn’t work recently. So it always take a long time to pay for things. The staff are helpful enough although there is one member who always wastes your time by scribbling on your receipt to bring your attention to the customer satisfaction surveys. Like I’ve got time to be filling in surveys!

   Other Sainsbury's often have fresher looking food with longer expiry dates. Checkouts are often unstaffed which means it can take a while for self-checkout problems to be resolved.

   Poor selection, poor quality fruit and vegetable. Always running out of products, shelves should be fully packed everytime all the time.

   The staff are so friendly and always help. I would give it a 5 star rating but they are always out of my brand of cigarettes (marlboro gold 100s) and it's frustrating as they will go weeks without a restock. Maybe a sign I should quit ;-) but...not yet!

   Great selection and handy opening times. You can buy cheaper elsewhere of course but this store is so well located. And the staff are really nice and chatty.
