   Staff are really helpful their produce is always fresh. I really like their Chestnut Mushrooms, all Salad and not forgetting their easy peelers Satsumas. I always use this store especially if I have forgotten to get something and if I can't get to the larger Supermarkets.

   I accidentally didn’t see the sign on the self serve that said cash only, and the shop worker came over and said it’s cash only… can you not read the sign or something. And muttered under her breath. Rude and a mistake where there is no need to be that rude. Disgusting shop. She has short hair and was the only person behind the till

   Total waste of time if you want to buy anything that requires staff approval, Sainsbury's have gotten so greedy that they've cut the staff down to just what is required to stack shelves, leaving the tills and self-service completely unattended while the few staff that are around are too busy to pay attention to or be responsive to customers that need their assistance.

   Like this shop and where is located, some of the staff are friendly and helpful another choose to ignore the client. Price is okay, quality good. Normally doesn't have queues. The shop is always well stocked. Well done to the Manager Mr. Phil, always very helpful and polite with me and another clients.

   Divina (manager) and Krishna provided a very poor service today. Making me wait 5/10 minutes and then finding excuses to avoid actually do what they are paid to do and provide the level of service I have come to expect from Sainsburys. Living locally and having used this store a number of times I will avoid it now and use the other local store that actually provide a high quality of personal service. VERY DISAPPOINTING
