Shafton pharmacy is brilliant they will do everything possible to get your prescription to you as fast as possible. Really a very efficient organisation!!
Just been for a Covid & Flu vaccination, waited half hour for jabs only to be told couldn’t have Vaccination for Flu as I had it yesterday, which I hadn’t. The person of ethnic origin doing the vaccination had issues with me for whatever reason, wanted to give me a Covid shot then go back out & wait again, refused both & told him to stick it, will be complaining to NHS. I’m neuro diverse due to a brain haemorrhage 8 years ago & I carry my brain injury card at all times, there is no duty of care towards people with disabilities, avoid! This was my first time going solo without my carer for what I thought would be a straightforward visit! I’m now having massive anxiety & panic attacks due to one rogue operator. Turns out that he can’t read his own system as I called in to my own doctors on way home to ask what was going on, perhaps it might be an idea to employ people up to the job.
The customer service at Shafton Pharmacy is second to none. Me and my wife are really pleased with the polite friendly service we get from all the staff. Absolutely brilliant.

Recently moved my prescriptions to this pharmacy, so far everything done timely. 2miles further away for me to travel, but we'll worth it. now hassle free, thanks.
We still use this Pharmacy even though we have moved 4 miles away, the reason being is that we trust ALL the staff including the pharmacist to do their respective jobs to a high standard. The staff are more than happy to help and advise on all aspects of medication and general health and are extremely friendly which is a must when one is ill. I would wholeheartedly recommend using this chemist.
