   I had a truly delightful experience using the Amazon Royal Mail return service at the Freshfields Post Office last Sunday. I was fortunate enough to interact with Pavi, and I was very impressed by her excellent customer service, which significantly improved my experience and helped me complete my task more efficiently than I had expected. In addition, I also made a cash deposit, and Pavi was equally helpful in guiding me through the process. Her professionalism, friendliness, and efficiency made the whole visit smooth and stress-free. Overall, I was very pleased with the level of service and will definitely return in the future.

   The chilled section was rather poor, just a couple of spreads and cheeses. Good prices otherwise, loads of sweets, just check the dates as few were already expired. They stock the best mustard and tartar sauce

   I must say, Magnum offers the best prices around! Their selection is incredibly convenient, and the staff is truly lovely. The opening and closing times in Croydon are perfect, especially with the early opening at 8am. The people working there are friendly and helpful, making every visit a pleasant experience. Additionally, their partnership with Deliveroo and their availability for Amazon returns is a fantastic bonus. Overall, I highly recommend Magnum for their excellent service and convenience.

   The post office is great, the lady on that particular desk is very helpful. The store has a good selection of products and is organised. However, the staff on the shop floor and desk need training in customer service. No 'hello', no 'thank you' and sometimes it's complete silence. Considering the amount of money I spent in the store, it's totally disrespectful. I will take my money elsewhere.
