   Staff on kiosk for papers etc really not customer friendly! Was watched like a hawk when getting a Costa (maybe he thought I was a coffee thief!) and then the stupid man said to me "That's 2 coffees you have" when I only had one but had used another cup as they are so flimsy! Seriously! Do the coffee cups come out of Tesco employee wages!! Customer service needs to be addressed at this store! Not the first time I've felt like I shouldn't be there!

   Been going here since it opened. Never had any issue. Sometimes they don't have what i want but that's just how it is. I see a lot of people complaining about lack of serviced tills. This is standard over most stores. The cost is too high, If they hire more staff, they up the cost of products to make up the lose. That is how businesses work. Most places don't accept cash. This has been the case for years. Soon no one will. Just something that needs to be accepted.

   Great local with very good staff. Helpful and friendly. Steve at self service checkout today going the extra mile, so kind and happy with the children and their parents. Good atmosphere here and easy to get everything I need on a daily basis.

   Used to be a nice little branch, but their drive to "make line go up" during the cost of living crisis has been majorly disappointing. All cheap options have been removed in favour of stocking more expensive branded items. The 37p garlic baguette, the 49p scotch pancakes, the £1.10 salami slices - just a few examples of low cost options that this particular branch no longer stocks, as they don't make them enough money.

   No idea who the manager is because you never see them and they clearly don’t manage. This shop use to be decent now it’s a disaster. Two staff on tills today, queues like it’s a festival. Fruit, veg, meat all poor quality and often expiring the next day. The logic behind stocking the scented candles/bubble bath shelves on Friday when the meat and veg aisles look like they’ve been looted. Brilliant strategy. Abandoned trolley and walked out.

   Toilet has been smelling really bad for the past few months. You can smelly it when you walk into the shop. Not good.

   Sadly not much in tills cash seems like its on its way to be card only. The gradual creeping in of more electron check outs Will mean an end of human contact with only a few staff machine minding. The days of human interaction whilst shopping will be gone very sad

   Not sure I'd call it a Superstore, but still, very handy Tescos, stocks most of what you'll need and its not that far from the Purley superstore if you're doing a bigger shop, I also think its why it's not so busy a lot of the time. Masses of parking for the Size of the place, staff are very helpful, its normally clean and love that its open till late, I like to pop in at night as pretty much always empty. Had the odd hiccup, but all in all good experience each time shopping at this branch.
