The manager with glasses and Veronica are honestly not the nicest people. Veronica is very condescending and doesn’t allow you to voice your issues, as she constantly interrupts you. I felt overlooked during our interactions. They could see that I am visibly disabled, yet they failed to take that into consideration. The man with glasses even laughed at me. save your money and shop elsewhere.

Late August 2025 I only occasionally use this small branch of Waitrose as the much larger, full size Supermarket is relatively near. Parking here can be a bit tricky and if I want a small shop, there is another branch in Muswell Hill that I regularly visit. As for this branch, nice staff and really quite compact. The range is minimal due to it being more of a convenience version of the Waitrose stores. Sunday afternoon and being the end of the day (it might be open until 10pm, I'm not too sure), there was a good selection on the shelves and the opportunity to pick up a bargain or two in the reduced section. I wasn't disappointed, and the lovely bonus boiling hot tea went down well on a very warm afternoon. All in all, a good little store for small shopping outings.

Really not a great ambassador of the Waitrose brand. Limited stock every time I shop there and staff are not at all helpful, friendly or even available e.g. when stuck on the self check-outs or needing other support or wanting to raise a concern

A very convenient store to get daily necessary things and fresh food. They have regular breads and some bakery options as well.

Friendly & efficient staff. Convenient place to shop for my prepared meals, fish & vegetables. Good selection of wines too. I find stock & choice are more limited since my last review.

This is a good place to buy a meal to take home. Good quality food, bread (especially), balanced meals, and the kind of odds and ends you'd like to pick up on the way home.
