Very nice bakery this one, I live Greece many year, the Freddo espresso and pastries beautiful just like one in Greece.
Don't bother coming here except maybe for takeaway. Almost all the seats are in a smoking area, which they didn't let me know when I ordered. I had to drink my coffee while smelling cigarette smoke.
I wasn’t going to leave a negative review as the party host already did which you the Manager responded to very unprofessionally, rude and also lied stating we never had a party which you can see from the picture attached the party was there in your back room. I actually dropped by on Saturday to give this cafe a second chance and was actually happy to see that you were renovating and making your business a better place for your customers, even the lovely girl who made my coffee on Saturday remembered me from the party. However as I am the one who spoke to you the Manager and had words on how kicking us out of the cafe as we were there over an hour was inappropriate, rude and no appreciation what so ever as we spend triple the amount of money that you would have received from individual customers within that time frame I too will leave a review as you are handling this very wrong. We also cleaned up everything and had the cafe back to its original looking state. We enjoyed the time we were there and the pastries and cakes even though the atmosphere wasn’t pleasant as your clients didn’t like the fact that we were taking up their smoking area space, which as per your words they are regulars and are used to what they are used to. So my question to you is why lie about us not having a party? Why be hostile to well paying customers ? And would we have been treated differently if we were Albanian ? Seems you have a softer side to your own kind. After reading your response to the previous review, not only I won’t be spending my money there I will be boycotting you and all Greek Cypriots who are thinking of trying your place will be notified of your unprofessional manner.
We spontaneously booked today the back area for my son's first birthday and asked if we could use the area for 1h or 1h and half as it was 6-7 adults and 11 kids. The lady was happy to accommodate it and we also booked a cake from there. So we arrived after 4 and we had amazing time. We nearly bought all of their pastries, had many coffees, and 12 juices for the kids. The place was not busy at all and maybe after 5 just a few customers were unhappy that they couldn't sit in the back area. My husband was a bit late so we couldn't cut the cake before 5 and when he arrived we did so (which was completely frozen) and I had told them from the beginning that we want to cut the cake there, so it should have been removed from the freezer earlier but it wasn't. So at 5:30ish while we would slowly slowly think about leaving, the manager decided to tell us that we are more than an hour there so we should leave. Which was so inappropriate as we had spent so much money for a bakery (a bit more than 100£) and we would expect a bit of respect and not being kicked out. As he made 3-4 times more money than he would with his few customers who would just have a coffee or so and should show some appreciation. And we left at 6pm which we would anyway but being asked to leave while we are still having our drinks, food, cake and coffees as if we are a burden for his bakery is rude and unprofessional. And while we talked with him and told him we need another 30mins and we nearly cleaned up all our mess, he didn't even apologize or show some appreciation. Good luck with this attitude. Such a shame as we had such a nice time and it was ruined by the manager's ignorant attitude. I have been coming here for my coffee and pastries since it opened and this was my last time. Reply: We did come there on the 13th of February between 4-6pm. Check with your staff. And instead of accusing me of lying have a bit of dignity to apologize. It did happen and shame on you on saying that it didn't. I have 6 more adults that were with us there to confirm and we have pictures as well to prove that we came there.
Very nice staff and pleasant coffee shop with authentic Greek products. We tried the orange pie which was very moist and fresh and the spanakopita. The coffee was really tasty as well. The place was clean and quiet.

Had a great cup of coffee and croissant with two friends after our walk yesterday. Very comfortable and warm surroundings, and excellent service. We will be back!
Homely bakery with a big variety of food! Will be there for my daily coffee and pastry. Also enjoyed one of their cakes- is just what East Barnet needed! I really recommend it :)
I had a lovely short espresso as I do like it. And a piece of melomakarono (Greek Christmas cookies) you need to try it. Pleasant place with a sitting area and garden. We will come to visit you again. Thank you !!
