   I visited the walk in centre & was told to collect a script from the pharmacy next door, as soon as I entered I was served immediately and within 5 minutes my prescription was ready. The staff seemed very welcoming and friendly. I was served by ‘Ibby’ who offered his advice on how I can tackle my flu symptoms and to help sort my prescription that had gone elsewhere. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

   I've been registered at this pharmacy since 1996 and up until this last year it was amazing could walk in walk out have everything you need, now we'll what a spin around the pharamsist/manager whatever was the rudest person I've met in a really long while aswell as the new staff, not willing to help not willing to assist. The phone dose not get answered prescription time is up to a day wait. I asked when I was getting a prescription which was the best product for a issue I had to be responded with 'I'm busy doing this shall I stop for everyone' I wasn't one to be belittled by this asked if he even trained for his job if he couldn't multitask or ask his employees to help. Its not the same welcoming pharmacy as years gone by. Even the doctors I've seen have said that it's not like it used to be and huff and sigh when they do things wrong seemingly on purpose.

   Amazing Team at Lincoln Green , since management Changed stuff looks more organised Shop is always clean and organised, Staff is respectful and professional i understand due to being in a very rough area stuff can be challenging and taunting but they are doing they 100% never failed to Impress well done to your team , The pharmacist is very polite and answers all your questions and makes you feel welcome again and again and the Young ladies at the back are always happy and welcoming

   Some staff seem nice. Some not so much, but never had an issue. I have tried calling 20x today (19 June) to ask if my medication is ready as I am immobile and not 1 person picked up, but certain times it would only show as "luline busy" and then not work again. I called my GP and checked and they said it's been an issue all day and it seems to be under new management. If that is the case, either management cannot handle the responsibility or things need to be organised to help the staff and the customers as it is a busy Pharmacy. Peoples medication is not a joke, some survive on them to get them through the day.

   Unexpectedly stuck in Leeds without my medications. Used the NHS 111 scheme to get an emergency prescription sent to this pharmacy. Had a text from 111 saying I could go to the pharmacy to collect my meds. Went and was told by the pharmacist that 111 didn't know what they were talking about and it would be illegal for them to issue my meds to me. Three days later, after I've got home, I get a call from them saying they've received a referral from 111 and what meds do I need? People in this profession really should know how the system works and not be so disrespectful, assuming I was trying it on when I just needed some help.

   The pharmacy is constantly late with medication orders. Medicines ordered even 10 days in advance are not ready on time. In addition, orders are sometimes incomplete and money is charged for the whole thing. Tried calling there for 2 hours to explain the problem but no one was picking up the phone. I have been disappointed many times by the employees of this pharmacy.

   This is just for Well pharmacy online, not this location. 1.deliver is very slow,wait for my medicine about 1 week, and still did not get it. And I have scabies, itching and hurting everyday, every moment. Decide not to use it any more and change a pharmacy. 2.But Jolene operator is very good. Always reply me in time.Many thanks!

   The staff here are always very helpful. They always go the extra mile to make sure I'm okay! The pharmacist Furkan himself even delivered some urgent antibiotics for me after he finished work! That's great service
