Lovely staff, as a disabled customer, who struggles to use the self service tills , the staff are more than willing to assist me , I don't feel pressured to use the self service checkout, even when ghe store is busy, if i m slow at picking up my things after paying, i m never made to feel rushed, or i m a nuisance. Highly recommend.

I like this store never had any issues with staff that I can remember. Only thing is the isles are so narrow that they customers are always trying to squeeze past in one part of the shop apart from that it's a handy little sainsburys to have local
One of the staff was very rude to me and accused me of Stealing and i find that racist cause I'm black but apart from that all the other staff is nice they were even backing me up
It's perfect because there was stacks of prime and no queue
Difficult to get plastic bags here, you have to ask for them. A staff member was passive aggressive with me to ensure we paid for the plastic bags on self service when we asked for them behind the till. Instead of kindly requesting we would scan the bags on self service, he was a bit aggressive about it.
I've never found this Sainsbury's store very inviting,it always seems messy and a lot of things are near their sell by date. It's small and spaceless... I'd rather go somewhere else to be honest...I can't comment on the staff as they never say much to you,even when you pay for your shopping.Shame!!! As it could be a very nice and useful store.
Just been into this store and needed to buy a large amount of items. Got to the till and no member of staff, totally understand being near close and they have other things to do. Asked for assistance as needed a bag as couldn't carry the items home in my arms and the manager just shouted no bags from the back of the store, didn't even come over. For a supermarket this is very surprising. Next time I will use Lidls, maybe that's why this store is alot quieter than it use to be, bad management!!!
