    Mr Rajesh had no knowledge on what desert options / flavours the shop is selling just kept on saying chocolate for everything, I asked him what Ben and Jerry ice creams he had and again he said chocolate!! As he lacked this knowledge he had to take many trips to complete my order at night!! To this he got very frustrated and was very rude to me. Very poor customer service from this particular staff. Has been rude and lazy many times before but today, I took the time to drop a review!!

    Had a large part of the store closed off completely unnecessarily, when asked when it will be re-opened the answer was when we’re ready to re-open it. So a bit rude and a completely wasted trip as I wasn’t able to buy what I needed, and I wasn’t the only one who had to leave empty handed. Totally ridiculous.

    Best coffee ever! Wild bean cafe make the best cappuccino in carshalton and the staff are so helpful and friendly. I am a regular customer and there are long queues in the morning for the brilliant coffee. Don't bother with a coffee shop. It won't be as good and the staff are exeptionale.

    Can be long ques at times. Good variety of M & S food & alcohol. Fresh pastries, Costa Coffee. Quick turnaround of staff makes shopping time longer when asked for specific things. Toilets need to be cleaned more regularly. Some staff need better training and familiarise with produce and goods carried & where they are located.
