   Edit* Fridges not storing ready to serve food at correct temperatures. Had to throw away my prawn sandwich's which were off. Also they were playing some weird Music with Sirens from staff's mobile phone. Take a look & listen to the short videos attached to this review.* Been trying to give them the benefit of doubt so many times these past 18 months. Two decent staff members here the elderly Carribbean lady and the young lady in the Hijaab. Hence why the delay in leaving this review + the 2 stars for these 2 superstars. Otherwise would have been minus 3 for all the shenanigans the rest of the team including dopy uninterested security team get up to. Everyone else on the team needs mandatory restraining in basic honesty and time keeping. Too many times they have closed the store 20 minutes before closing time with pensioners locked out. In addition there has been too many occasions, especially in the last 6 months where the store has opened at least 20 minutes or more late. Then there's the sly way they mishandle your change, to the way they offer slightly out of date stuff for free to their friends, who walk in with bags which they simply fill up and leave with. I've noticed others query why they were paying yellow sticker reduced prices when the team are simply giving the stuff away at the same time to their 'contacts'. Security just smile sheepishly as senior staff are sanctioning this. They also pick & choose what they wish to 'discard' / 'dispose' of - obviously for themselves. The worst culprit of this is Alen, as I usually have a fair amount of time to puruse on my breaks, and often take my time. Being a observant person I can see the shenanigans they get up to, especially Alen. If this was my company I would most certainly take a closer look at the cushty relationship between security and store staff. Senior staff blatantly misplacing items into lower priced sections misleading customers who may not check at the till. Too many pensioners whom happen to pay by cash are having to switch to card, to avoid being short changed. Store needs a route and branch review to reset it's relationship with the locals as it's only busy due to lack of competition this side of Chelsea. My understanding is that this poor behavior due to the monopoly it has with it's location will soon change with the opening of a rival further up the road at a prestigious location they cannot fathom at the moment. Negotiations are at an early but promising stage. Can't wait until that happens.

   The best local store. Has everything one needs, and the staff are all so friendly including security whenever I go in! (Which is quite often). Wouldn’t be able to live without it!

   I greatly value this store - for its convenience, its range of food and other products, and for the warm and deeply appreciated welcome of all of its staff. They work hard to please and to assist. Overall, they are a highly effective team including the security provided which is a crucial additional bonus. The entire staff including security are commendable and deserve great respect and praise.

   For the past week the cool shelves have been empty with notices saying they are running too hot. While I accept this happens, to still be so after a week is not acceptable. The shop, which used to be reasonable if somewhat limited, is now just a wine shop where you can get some fruit and biscuits. Tesco need to extract the digit for this recently refurbished shop, or just close it down. As things stand few would notice the difference!

   Unprofessional staff, miserable manager. He doesn’t listen to you as a customer and this affects his staff- customer service absolute zero. Very bad Tesco branch to go, messy store and very bad customer service.

   Worst experience I've ever had in a tesco, absolutely redundant to even have staff in there when they are that incompetent. If something has a reduced sticker on it don't expect them to put it through even if your sandwich is open. Never ever going back I'm genuinely appalled. Get some staff that can do their jobs.

   Surprising to find a Tesco in this exclusive part of London. Came here because I was visiting the National Army Museum and Chelsea Pensioners. There's was enough snacks for my needs on the day. Otherwise the place is a little messy with packaging everywhere as if the small express wasn't cramped enough. The service is a little brusque, even by the standards of a supermarket.
